Chrystal Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science in Education through Texas Christian University in 2003 and went on to complete a Master of Education in Educational Leadership through Texas A&M Central Texas. She is entering her second year as the principal at Scott Elementary, an International Baccalaureate World School. Prior to being named principal of Scott, she served Temple ISD as an administrator for three years as the assistant principal at Scott Elementary. Her classroom experience includes serving in grades Pre-K through 3.  Additionally, Chrystal has spent time overseas working with students in Jordan, Lebanon, and Mexico.  Chrystal is married to Shawn Thomas and has two young sons, Miles and Felix.  She enjoys spending time with her family, college football, and reading a good book.
