Dear Scottie Families,

Welcome to the 2026–2027 School Year!

I am grateful for every opportunity to serve the students, staff, and families of Scott Elementary as your principal. It is truly an honor and a privilege to welcome you to a brand-new school year!

This year, we are excited to embrace our theme, "Scotties Shine Bright Together!" Just like a disco ball is made up of many individual mirrors reflecting light, our school community shines brightest when we work together. Through strong partnerships, high expectations, and a shared commitment to student success, we will continue striving for academic excellence while supporting the social and emotional growth of every child.

Whether you are returning to Scott, joining us from another school in the district, or relocating from another city, state, or country, we are thrilled to welcome you to the Scottie Family. We are excited to share all that makes Scott Elementary such a special place and are confident you will quickly experience the sense of belonging and excellence that defines our school community.

Our dedicated teachers and staff are eager to welcome students into their classrooms and begin another exciting year of learning. We believe every child has the ability to learn, grow, and succeed. By working together as educators, families, and community partners, we will build a strong foundation that empowers our students to become confident learners, critical thinkers, and responsible citizens.
